      Sensitive Information is defined in the Privacy Act as including information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.
      Sensitive Information will be used by Us only:
      1. i.for the primary purpose for which it was obtained;
      2. ii.for a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose; and
      3. iii.with your consent or where required or authorised by law.

   1. We may collect Personal Information from you in the ordinary course of our of conducting our business, such as whenever you input information into the Website, related app or Service or provide it to Us in any other way.
   2. We may also collect cookies from your computer which enable Us to tell when you use the Website and also to help customise your Website experience. As a general rule, however, it is not possible to identify you personally from Our use of cookies.

When We no longer require your Personal Information for the purpose for which We obtained it, We will take reasonable steps to destroy and anonymise or de-identify it. However, most of the Personal Information that is stored in Our client files and records will be kept for a reasonable period of time to fulfill Our record keeping obligations.

      1. i.permit you to obtain access to the Personal Information We hold about you in certain circumstances (APP 12); and
      2. ii.allow you to correct inaccurate Personal Information subject to certain exceptions (APP 13).

2. Complaint procedure
   1. If you have a complaint concerning the manner in which We maintain the privacy of your Personal Information, please contact Us on the contact details set out at the bottom of this privacy policy.
   2. All complaints will be considered by Our privacy officer and We may seek further information from you to clarify your concerns. If We agree that your complaint is well founded, We will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
3. Cookies
   1. Cookies are small files containing information which are downloaded to your device when you visit our website. We may also use cookies to enable us to collect data that may include your personal information. For example, if a cookie is linked to your account, it will be considered personal information under the Act and the Law.
   2. We use cookies to maintain user sessions and may use this information to generate statistics also.  Generally this information will not identify you and we do not link this information back to your identity or other information that you have provided to us. We do not store any information that identifies you inside cookies.
   3. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. However, some website functionality may be limited.
   4. We will handle any personal information collected by cookies including your location and mobile device in the same way that we handle all other personal information as described in our Privacy Policy below.
4. Overseas transfer
   Your Personal Information may be transferred overseas or stored overseas for a variety of reasons. It is not possible to identify each and every country to which your Personal Information may be sent. If your Personal Information is sent to a recipient in a country with data protection laws which are at least substantially similar to the APP, and where there are mechanisms available to you to enforce protection of your Personal Information under that overseas law, We will not be liable for a breach of the APP if your Personal Information is mishandled in that jurisdiction. If your Personal Information is transferred to a jurisdiction which does not have data protection laws as comprehensive as Australia’s, We will take reasonable steps to secure a contractual commitment from the recipient to handle your information in accordance with the APP.
5. GDPR
   In some circumstances, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides additional protection to individuals located in Europe. The fact that you may be located in Europe does not, however, on its own entitle you to protection under the GDPR. Our Website does not specifically target customers located in the European Union and We do not monitor the behaviour of individuals in the European Union, and accordingly the GDPR does not apply.
6. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or our practices. The latest version will always be available on our website.

1. Notification of Data Breaches.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a data breach has occurred, we will:

1. complete an assessment of the suspected data breach within 30 days; and
2. if appropriate, take remedial action to address any potential harm to individuals that may arise due to a relevant data breach before any serious harm is caused to individuals to whom the information relates.

We will otherwise comply with privacy data breach notification requirements, including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as applicable.
